§.1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the protection of privacy (i.e. the rules for the collection, use, processing and protection) of personal data of users (“Customers”) of the online store available at the electronic address www.lykowarsaw.pl (“Store”), owned by the company ŁYKO sp. z o. o. The data administrator is the company ŁYKO sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Warsaw, 02-656, Ksawerów 3 street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number: 0000623953, TAX ID: 1132912336, REGON: 364758947, referred to as the “Administrator”. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law – GDPR, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and their storage takes place on secured servers. The users of the Store are its customers, ie persons using the services provided by the Administrator through the Store, specified in the Terms and conditions of the Store www.lykowarsaw.pl (“Terms and conditions”). The administrator respects the right to privacy and takes care of data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). Personal data provided in the newsletter form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and conditions.

§2. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

The Administrator collects the Customers’ personal data to the extent required to complete orders placed in the Administrator’s Store, to set up an account in the Store and the data of Customers subscribed to the newsletter. Customer data processed are: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address (street, postal code, city, country), IP address. The scope of data processed depends on the type of service chosen by the Customer. Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data;
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy;
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and correctly implement the Services provided electronically;
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes),
e. processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
f. to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by the Customer subscribed to the newsletter.
Each customer has the right to access his data that was provided by him on the Administrator’s website, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body. The data controller reserves the right to process the Customer’s data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent to pursue possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data. The Administrator has the right to disclose the Customer’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
Removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data. The administrator does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the applicable law. The administrator has implemented data encryption, thanks to which the effects of a possible breach of data security have been minimized. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by the Administrator.

§3. COOKIES

The store does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. The website www.lykowarsaw.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites. The collected information relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool that records user behavior on the website. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website he/she uses to be adapted to his/her needs. By remembering his/her preferences, he/she enables the appropriate adjustment of advertisements addressed to him/her. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only within the company ŁYKO SP. Z O. O. in order to optimize activities. We use the following cookies on our website
a) “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
c) “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the website pages;
d) “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalization of the user interface, eg in terms of the language or region the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc .;
e) “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.
The customer may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser. We store and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
