The shipment is carried out via a courier company. The shipping fee is 15 PLN (within Poland) and 50 PLN – 12 EUR (outside Poland).
Orders placed in the Store are processed only on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the first following business day. If the product is available, the order shall be completed within 1 to 3 business days from the time the payment is credited. The delivery time should be added to this time.
Estimated delivery time within Poland is a maximum of 2 business days. Foreign delivery is from 6 to 8 business days. If the product is available on request, delivery time may be longer and it may take up to 10 business days.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
The product can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
In the event of a defect, you can make a complaint within 2 years of delivery.
To return a product or make a complaint:
- print and complete the relevant declaration
- send the product along with the form and proof of purchase to our address: ŁYKO Sp. z o. o .; Al. Zjednoczenia 11, 01-829, Warsaw.
- The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the package.
